Hello all!

Here is a quick example of an easy watercoloring technique I wanted to try. I am not entirely sure if I did it correctly, but the card still came out cute!

I saw the example on Instagram:
1) get a clear plastic baggy
2) color streaks on the baggy using water color markers
3) spray water  onto the baggy and place the baggy over your card and slightly smear the colors
4) use papertowels to wipe off the excess water on your card

Materials

• white card
• baby themed stickers - puffy 3D stickers
• water color markers
• clear ziplock baggy
• water spray
• paper towels
• glue stick
• black marker

Hello!

 

Here is a cute Owl card that was meant for Valentine's Day but I didn't get around to posting it until now. Oops! I used metallic embossed paper, beaded twigs, 3D stickers, flowers and some leaves. This card came out nice...I just wish I would've made it a little bigger!

Pink LOVE Card

Pink Love Card
Hello!

Here is a pink themed card I made for Valentine's Day but didn't post until now. Haha! This card is normally how I decorate my cards so it was nothing new and not hard to do at all! I love rhinestone ribbon, tulle, and flowers! The only thing I was really missing was...glitter!

On a side note: my son's 12th birthday is coming up and I have trouble making "male" cards. Does anyone have any suggestions or inspiration for some cards for him? He loves to read and he is a fan of goosebumps.

So any suggestions would be great!

• rhinestone ribbon

• silk leaves
• mulberry paper flowers
• black marker (to trace the edges of the card)

Here is a kid friendly Halloween Card. I used these cute foam stickers that I bought a few years ago from Oriental Trading and they come in bulk for cheap. So it is awesome!

• orange paper stock
• Halloween borders
• Halloween stickers
• bling ribbon
• black tulle with dark pink glitter
• glitter pen
• glue gun, glue sticks, ruler, scissors

This was such an easy card to make. I know I am not a pro at this stuff, but it is definitely cute enough to show off!
